Transport Rugby Club

The Transport Rugby Club represents the New Zealand Tramways members, including bus drivers. Tramways have branches in Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch and Dunedin.
In 1910, an annual Tramways tournament began between the Tramways teams from the 4 branches. The first tournament was won by Auckland.
The winner of the tournament is awarded the Kohn Shield.
