Gisborne Old Boys Rugby Club

Club History

Gisborne Old Boys Rugby Club was formed in 1919 (but had been in the plans since 1913) to include old boys from Gisborne High School, other Secondary schools outside the district, and those who had gone to universities. Note that Gisborne High School Old Boys was formed in 1925 solely for Old Boys of Gisborne High School. Old Boys amalgamated with Marist in the mid-nineties to form OBM (Old Boys Marist).
